Dinner menus

With our connection to the ancient and historic Vasaskeppet, it is easy and natural for us to focus on classic Swedish food. Just like the Vasaskeppet, it is also a cultural heritage that we want to manage and develop.

We work with Swedish ingredients and cook everything from scratch according to classic Swedish methods. Our ingredients are locally grown and organic to the greatest extent possible. This contributes to both the feel and taste.

We have developed a number of menus to make it easier to choose food and direction. Contact us for advice and suggestions for menus and suitable drinks.

Prices are excluding VAT. 25% on alcohol and 12% on menu/non alcohol.

During April to June, we offer another starter for all menus;
White asparagus with browned butter vinaigrette, trout roe, asparagus crudité, crispy almond potatoes, flowers and herbs.

During June to August, we offer another dessert for all menus;
Fresh strawberries with white chocolate mousse, elderflower sorbet, dried strawberries and meringue.

For dinner parties under 36 guests, we charge a fee of 8 000 SEK

If you want to rent the restaurant for bar and dancing after dinner in the ship hall, we charge 8 000 SEK because we cannot accommodate other dinner guests there.

After 24.00 we charge 5 000 SEK/hour for dinner in the ship hall or at the bar and dance in the restaurant.

If you want us to set up one or more bars in the ship hall, there will be an additional cost of 5 000 SEK/bar. This cost is deducted when invoicing.
This means that if we sell for 3 000 SEK in a bar, we will charge 2 000 SEK.

The definitive number of guests must be notified no later than one month before the event and that is the basis for billing. Possibility of increasing by 10%
no later than 2 weeks before the dinner.

The whole party eats the same menu except those with allergens. This is to be ordered no later than 2 weeks before dinner.

We only consider guests with allergies and religious preferences as well as vegetarians and vegans.

All prices could change depending on what is happening in the world.
Note that the prices above are exclusive to 25% VAT.

Please note that our napkin rings belong to the Vasa museum restaurant and stay on site after dinner. If guests leave the premises, we will charge 63 SEK/ring incl. VAT.
