We are open 10.00-16.30. The warm kitchen bertween 11.00-15.00. We change the menu on a daily basis in order to adapt to seasonal changes and the daily assortments of produce.

A candle lit dinner inside our Ship Hall next to the grand 1700th century ship Vasa is something that you will never forget. Our food philosophy
At the Vasa Museum’s Restaurant, we think of both the environment and animals, therefore our meat, our vegetables and dairy products are locally produced and largely organic. We are careful that transport, packaging, cleaning products, etc., have as little impact on the environment as possible.
